Yes. We handle all housekeeping, linen changes, and personal laundry so residents can enjoy a clean,

Admissions process

Yes. We provide home-cooked, nutritious meals and snacks each day. We also accommodate dietary needs and personal preferences to ensure residents enjoy food that is both healthy and comforting.

Yes. Our trained certified caregivers handle medication reminders, administration, and coordination with pharmacies to ensure residents stay on track safely.

Yes. We assist with transfers, walking, use of mobility devices, and fall-prevention strategies. Our small home setting allows caregivers to provide attentive, hands-on support throughout the day.

Yes we provide all transportation for medical appointments, activities, etc.

We offer daily activities tailored to each resident’s interests and abilities—such as music, games, puzzles, crafts, gentle exercise, gardening, and one-on-one enrichment. Our small setting allows us to adapt activities to each person.

Family involvement

Our caregivers are trained to provide gentle, structured
support for residents living with dementia. We focus on safety, consistency, meaningful engagement, and preserving dignity through familiar routines and one-on-one interaction.

Absolutely. We encourage residents to bring their favorite items & décor. The bedrooms can come fully furnished or you are welcome to bring your own furniture.

Yes. Residents have access to iPads and laptops to stay connected with family, enjoy online activities, or explore hobbies. Our caregivers are happy to assist with setup or navigation when needed.

Yes. Every resident receives a personalized service plan based on their needs, preferences, routines, and health considerations. We review these plans regularly and update them whenever there is a change in condition.

We closely monitor each resident’s well-being and adjust their service plan as needed. If additional support is required, we coordinate with families, physicians, and home health providers.

Health & safety

We work closely with physicians, home health agencies, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support each resident’s care plan and ensure continuity of services.

Our homes are designed with safety in mind—secure environments, caregiver supervision, medication oversight, and clear emergency procedures. The small size of each home allows caregivers to remain attentive and responsive at all times.

Absolutely. We encourage family and friends to visit. Our homes are designed to feel welcoming and comfortable for loved ones who want to spend time with residents.

Medications are only administered with written parental consent and doctor’s instructions. All medications are stored securely and handled by authorized personnel.

Health & safety 2.0

Our pricing is all-inclusive there are no added fees for living in the home or receiving daily caregiving support. Every residents needs fall into one of three service levels: supervisory care, personal care, or direct care. Your loved ones monthly rate is simply based on the level of support they require.

We determine the appropriate care level by completing a thorough assessment of your loved one’s daily needs, routines, and safety considerations. This includes looking at how much support they require with mobility, personal care, medication reminders, and day-to-day activities. Based on this assessment, we place them in one of three service levels—supervisory care, personal care, or direct care—so they receive the right amount of support while maintaining as much independence as possible.
